Medowie's Getting-Ready Spaces and Nearby Venues

Medowie doesn't have one large dedicated wedding venue of its own, and honestly, that suits the way most of my Medowie brides get ready anyway, at home or on a private acreage property, exactly where I like to work best. The Greenhouse Eatery on Huntingdale Place hosts smaller functions with bi-fold doors opening onto its garden and pool, and The Stables Gladstone nearby can seat up to 200 guests for a larger reception. The Bull 'N' Bush Hotel Motel offers functions with onsite accommodation if your bridal party is staying locally the night before. Acreage properties across Medowie also give plenty of room for an outdoor ceremony on the same block where you got ready, which more than a few of my brides here have chosen instead of travelling anywhere at all.

For couples marrying further into Port Stephens, I regularly travel from a Medowie getting-ready location out to Raymond Terrace and beyond, so your ceremony venue doesn't need to sit on your doorstep for your morning to feel calm and considered.
