Dark Horse Vineyard pairs barn-style celebrations with its own private vines, and Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley on Lovedale Road gives larger bridal parties hotel-standard getting-ready suites. Wherever you're staying, I bring everything I need and set up quietly around you. I build a personalised timeline once your booking is confirmed, based on your ceremony time, bridal party size and getting-ready location. For a Lovedale wedding that usually means arriving with plenty of buffer before the first appointment, so the whole morning stays unhurried before you head to the vines.
We work through this together at your hair and makeup preview. Soft, textured styles tend to suit an outdoor vineyard ceremony well, since they hold up in a breeze off the vines, but the final look is always built around what makes you feel most like yourself.
For hair and makeup together, I style up to three people entirely by myself, four to seven with one additional talented stylist at no extra cost, and eight to ten with two additional talented stylists, so every bridesmaid and mother receives the same considered finish. For hair only or makeup only, I can personally style up to six people, since each service takes roughly half the time.
Yes. Lovedale is one of the areas I work in most, from Wandin Estate to Dark Horse Vineyard and the getting-ready suites at Crowne Plaza on Lovedale Road. A travel fee of $120 applies to Hunter Valley bookings and is confirmed upfront.
